The Yet Another Perl Conferences (YAPCs) are grassroots symposia on the Perl programming language promoted by The Perl Foundation, a non-profit corporation dedicated to the advancement of the Perl programming language through open discussion, collaboration, design, and code.

YAPC::NA 2010

YAPC North America 2010 will be held June 21-23 2010 at Ohio State University.

Known BioPerl-interested attendees:

• Robert Buels
• Jay Hannah, playing a lonely harmonica.

Topics / Talks?:

• There should be a talk about bioperl (maybe with emphasis on the tradeoffs regarding monolithic versus factored out distributions)?
• There should probably also be a talk about Chado.

Can we get anyone from Ohio State Bioinformatics to show up?
