As of August 2007 I have joined Erik Sonnhammer's lab in Stockholm, Sweden.
Previously I worked in the Assembly group at the Washington University Genome Sequencing Center in St. Louis, Missouri writing software to assess whole-genome shotgun assemblies and doing comparative analyses among non-human primates.
Along with Laura Kavanaugh I wrote the BioPerl Deobfuscator.
