Talk:MAF multiple alignment format

There was a recent discussion about alignments which contain meta data and annotations. This format would probably fit in to the same framework as stockholm and metafasta formats, so it may be worth having a more complex subclass of Bio::SimpleAlign to deal with this. --Chris Fields 11:59, 29 June 2006 (EDT)
