Talk:Least common ancestor

Just a note on nomenclature: It seems that there are several terms that apply to this concept. From the CS side, there's "least common ancestor" and "lowest common ancestor" (at least, that's what Google tells me). From the evolutionary side, there is "last common ancestor" (as in LUCA) and "most recent common ancestor". AdamR 15:00, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
