It doesn't relate at all to Chado. BIOSQL completely different schema that very strongly typed (sequences, features, etc) while Chado is very generic using ontologies to infer and link relationships between the entities. At its core everything in Chado is a feature. This has flexibility advantages and performance disadvantages. Also see Chado. --jason stajich 14:37, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
