Release pumpkin

The person in charge of a package release. The term Pumpkin comes from Patch Pumpkin as used by the Perl folks.
The responsibilities include making a BioPerl release and coordinating the bugfixes/patches between branches once a branch in the CVS has been made.

Developer releases have a pink background. After 1.6, releases no longer alternate between 'developer' (odd minor release) and 'stable' (even minor release).
