QRNA

Sean Eddy's and Elena Rivas's prototype non-coding RNA gene finder qrna.

The program can be found here.

BioPerl has very experimental support for parsing QRNA output using Bio::Tools::QRNA (it may not work with the current version). There are also tools provided by Elena and Sean to parse the results.
