PoPS -- Prediction of Protease Specificity -- is a program that allows users to model and profile protease specificity and predict substrate cleavage [1].

It was written by Sarah Boyd at the Victorian Bioinformatics Consortium, Monash University.

PoPS can be used at the PoPS web site.
