Pdoc documentation

Pdoc is Raphaël Leplae's documentation generation tool which produces very javadoc-like documentation from the POD annotations embedded in Perl modules.
The BioPerl Pdoc site is http://doc.bioperl.org and includes static and dynamically generated documentation for official releases and the code in CVS respectively.
