BioPerl Contributions

I have contributed to bug fixes, MS Windows installation issues and PPD file creation. Due to work commitments, I sporadically enter into mailing list threads and take a peek into the source code.

Interests

I have recently become interested in code coverage of Perl tests as well as profiling scripts to find areas for possible speed improvement though some modules I'm writing for in-house Mass Spec Data Analysis. Some interesting Perl Modules available via CPAN are listed below:

If fact, I started a thread talking about using Devel::Cover to provide test coverage info for Bioperl. I also provided Devel::Cover with JavaScript to allow sorting the columns of the report to make identification of low coverage modules much easier.
