Bio::Assembly::Contigs are the key data objects in a sequence assembly (as defined by BioPerl). They are modelled after Bio::SimpleAlign objects, and implement the Bio::Align::AlignI interface.

Implementation overview

AFAICT, Contgs are a bunch of locatable sequences with a 'main feature'
